What is the Snow Train?

This service takes your customers straight to one of six destination stations, that serve some of the best ski resorts in the French Alps.

The journey is in two stages.  The first a Eurostar journey to Paris Gare du Nord, departing from either London St Pancras or Ebbsfleet.  The second is an overnight train from Gare du Nord on to the Alps.

On board, customers are allocated a berth in a couchette style compartment.  These seats that convert into bunks mean customers are not seated throughout the overnight journey.

There is a soundproofed bar and disco carriage in the centre of the train, and customers can take their own food and drinks on board.

Rail Europe bilingual Snow Train Reps are on hand throughout your journey, from check-in at the Eurostar terminal to arrival at your destination.

Access from the stations to the resorts is very easy, quick and straightforward.  Many have buses that transfer you straight to the resort, taxis, or funicular railways.
