We have a dedicated and experienced team of agents within our groups department who manage requests for bookings involving 21 or more* passengers and who handle all advance bookings. These bookings are submitted to France and it can take between 6 and 12 weeks before availability is confirmed. When making a request, please email dates of travel , passenger numbers, journey itinerary, lead passenger name etc to groups@raileurope.co.uk Once the booking is confirmed and tickets are issued, the group leader will always hold the main ticket. Contremarques (individual paper tickets) are  then issued for the remaining passengers, but they must travel with the group leader at all times, and this will involve all passengers starting their journey from the same origin station.

Note for GDS Agents: Agents who can access Resarail through their GDS system, may themselves book goups of up to 24 passengers inclusive. For bookings of 25 passengers or more, an email should be sent to the groups department, as explained above.
