There are 2 main types of InterRail Global Pass: InterRail Global Flexi and Continuous.
You can now also choose a first class pass if you want to travel in a little more luxury.
You must be between these ages on the first day you travel with your pass:
There is no first class youth Global InterRail pass, but if you are under 26 and would prefer to travel first class you can buy a first class adult pass.
Most high speed and overnight trains require seat reservations, which you can book along the way or with Rail Europe’s call centre or Rail Europe Travel Centre before you go. You can find out more about reservations in our Rail Pass Guide.
