There are 2 main types of InterRail Global Pass: InterRail Global Flexi and Continuous.

Flexi passes are valid for travel in up to 30 countries and enable you to travel on a fixed number of days in a 10 or 22 day period.
Continuous passes enable you to travel for 15 or 22 consecutive days or a whole month.

You can now also choose a first class pass if you want to travel in a little more luxury.

You must be between these ages on the first day you travel with your pass:

Adult pass: 26-59
Child pass: 4-11
Youth pass: 12-25
Senior pass: 60+
Children under 4 travel free

There is no first class youth Global InterRail pass, but if you are under 26 and would prefer to travel first class you can buy a first class adult pass.

Additional costs

Most high speed and overnight trains require seat reservations, which you can book along the way or with Rail Europe’s call centre or Rail Europe Travel Centre before you go.
