Deutsche Bahn’s plans for the 200mph trains from London to
Frankfurt,
Cologne,
Amsterdam and
Rotterdam are back on track.
The Guardian reports that the European Railways Agency is endorsing DB’s new Siemens trains.
It’s brilliant news for British travellers, who could be linked to Germany by three daily services from 2013, whisking them all the way to Frankfurt in as little as five hours, and Amsterdam in under four.
