The station is right in the centre of town, with a tourist information office to
help you get your bearings when you step off the train.
It’s a small city so you’re likely to be just minutes from your hotel, whether you
choose to walk, grab a taxi or hop on the bus.
Koblenz Hauptbahnhof
Bahnhofsplatz 2
56068 Koblenz
The station is within the city centre, which itself is easily navigable on foot.
The bus station on the station forecourt connects you to the whole of the city and
its outskirts.
You’ll find a taxi rank just outside the station.
Bicycles can be hired at most major stations in Germany. You may take your bike
with you on all local trains and many InterCity trains.
The station opened in 1902, replacing two former stations on the Left Rhine railway
and the former Mosel line station.
